The history of Turkey stretches back
beyond 2,500 BC with names such as Troy, Homer,
Alexander the Great, St Paul, the Roman Empire, the
Crusades and the Ottoman Empire, all taking their
place in Turkey's colorful tapestry of events. |
| We will explore the rich aromatic
heritage of this land, from exotic Istanbul situated
on the Bosphorus, with its dramatic mosques, Roman and
Ottoman relics, bustling markets, bazaars, spice
merchants and Turkish baths. |

Enjoy the spectacular beauty of
Cappadocia, early Christian cave dwellings,
magnificent hand made carpets, the mystical whirling
dervishes, a cruise on the blue Mediterranean and some
of the most stunning coastline in the world. |
